I learned this recipe a few years ago in my school of gastronomy. Is very easy to do and amazing for tea time.
What you are going to need is:
AP Flour 250 gr
Butter 180 gr
Powder Sugar 90 gr
Whisk the butter with the sugar until is white. Add the egg, a dash of vanilla essence and the flour for last.
Use a piping bag with a nozzle and give the desired shape on the baking sheet.
Let it cool in the freezer before placing it in the oven.
Bake 180 ºC 15 min.
You can cover them with chocolate if you like.
