I arrived to New York on Monday 24th and had my first class at the incredible L'Ecole du Grand Chocolate Valrhona on Tuesday 25th.
I had three amazing days, where I met very nice and professional people. Our pilot (he like to be called like this) Nicolas Botomisy and his Co Pilot, Paul Saiphet. Both super talented and with love of teaching, guided us in our learning.
We had incredible breakfasts, wich let us get to know each other. We had amazing Lunchs (Paul Salads are the best!). During our last class on Thursday 27th we presented all our creations and tasted the final products. Everything was incredible.
I surely recomend all Chocolate Lovers to participate in this Trainings at L'Ecole Du Grand Chocolate Valrhona, Brooklyn.
